Sandals Certification:

Sandals has a wonderful working relationship with its professional travel consultants as they offer a once a year 8 hour training course with hands on training for all their properties.  In order for an agent to earn the “Certified Sandals Specialist” award them must attend this class and get all the current updates for Sandals, Beaches, Royal Plantation and Grand Pineapple.   This training class covers all the new additions to each hotel, but reviews the general information needed so agents can suggest the right resort for the client, as all properties are not created equal.  In addition to the class, agents are offered inspections of the various hotels to see the property first hand, sample the meals and of course see the room types.  At Endless Travel, all four consultants have completed this training for 2011 and have all the first hand information to make you next vacation or honeymoon perfect.

CLIA, The Official trade organization of the cruise industry, Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) also works in partnership with nearly 17,000 affiliated travel agencies throughout North America to ensure the highest caliber of cruise sales expertise and service for cruise vacationers.

 

ARC,the Airlines Reporting Corporation - is an airline-owned company offering travel products and services, ticket distribution and settlement through a variety of channels in the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

 

IATAN, mission is to promote professionalism, administer meaningful and impartial business standards, and to provide cost-effective products, services and educational programs that benefit the travel industry. Through the use of its informational and other resources, IATAN provides a vital link between the supplier community and the U.S. travel distribution network.

 

NACTA, The National Association of Commissioned Travel Agents, is a national trade association representing independent contractors, outside sales agents, cruise and tour oriented agents, group oriented travel professionals and traditional ARC appointed travel agencies that provide services and support to such professionals.NACTA was established in 1986 as the original association with a mission to represent the interest of independent travel entrepreneurs. NACTA continues that objective and works to promote professionalism and recognition for the professional independent agent. NACTA is a forum for open communication amongst its members. As a member driven association, NACTA surveys its membership to develop a consensus on issues of concern to the independent travel agent community. When consensus is reached, NACTA acts out its members will to impose positive change within the travel industry.
