About Geary Anderson
Geary was happy to join the Endless Travel family in 2010 as an outside agent.
She has been personally enjoying cruising for more than 10 years having taken more than 18 cruises on 7 different cruise lines and has coordinated extensive national and international trips corporately for more than 30 years.
Geary’s personalized attention to both the leisure traveler and the business traveler has given her the well-rounded experience needed to specialize in both cruise and land tour packages. Having worked with a large variety of cruise lines, airlines, hotels and car rentals agencies worldwide has enabled her to provide her clients with some of the best and most current deals on the market.
Geary is currently enrolled in Cruise Line International Association’s (CLIA) Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC) program scheduled to be completed it in 2012. Geary specializes in Cruises, Tours and Events for Individual Travel, Weddings, Honeymoons, Family Reunions, Non-profit Meetings and Corporate Travel.
Geary is a Certified Sandals Specialist and a Jamaican Tourist Board Specialist.
Geary has been married to Andy for more than 30 years and has a daughter, Alicia and son-in-law, Ryan, and a four legged Yorkshire terrier, appropriately named, Sir York.
Q&A
What is your favorite trip you have ever taken?
Definitely Tahiti and some of the other French Polynesian Islands. It was truly a memorable trip with my family and an educational one, too. With its pristine beaches and magnificent island treasures Tahiti made me feel totally free, and far away from the rest of the world.
Where do you want to travel that you have never visited?
St. Petersburg with its amazing Hermitage Museum and the river cruise to Moscow and the Kremlin, and Greek Islands which I will be doing this fall on Celebrity’s Solstice attending its Seminar at Sea.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I enjoy singing in our church choir, all kinds of needlework, golfing on the new and exotic courses around the world, cruising and traveling as much as I can as well as spending time with my family.
What do you wish people knew about travel or working with an agent?
That we are professionals and can save them time and money searching through the internet and at no additional expense to the client.
What famous person do you wish was a co-worker at the agency?
The artist and sculptor, Auguste Rodin, whose motto was – “Love your calling with passion; it is the meaning of your life.”
