Susan has been in the travel industry for over 20 years and is one of the current owners of Endless Travel.  Susan plans your vacation like she is planning her own trip relying heavily on her past experiences and what is important to you, ensuring that the travel plans you’ve selected meet those needs.

Susan, along with her husband and two teenage boys live in North Evergreen.  Since Susan worked for American Airlines/SABRE for 17 years she has had the opportunity to travel extensively, and her boys are also seasoned travelers taking their 6^th cruise just this past March.  Susan has sailed on over 25 sailings and 10 different cruise lines making her a true cruise specialist.

Over the past years, Susan has earned several certifications, the most recent being the Cruise Line International Association’s (CLIA) Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC) desgnation.  This required completion of a comprehensive program of cruise sales training and product instruction, delivered through a combination of extensive classroom training and personal cruise experience.  CLIA program graduates are widely recognized as the foremost cruise vacation experts among American travel professionals.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Q & A with Susan Hammond

What is your favorite trip you have ever taken?

My most favorite trip that I have even taken was when I cruised to Alaska on Royal Caribbean. Alaska is definitely the Last Frontier and is breathtaking. I travelled with my family including my two pre-teens at that time. This trip was so educational for my children and we so enjoyed Royal Caribbean’s ship, food and service.

Where do to travel that you have never visited?

I want to spend about 7 days in the Tuscany Region of Italy. I have been to Rome, Capri and Venice, however not Florence, Cinque Terre and Tuscany. We sell a lot of this area here at Endless Travel so I feel like I have been there, however not yet!

What are your hobbies and interests?

I love to entertain at my home, spend time with my family and friends and hike in beautiful Colorado. I also love to volunteer in my local community when I have time.

What do you wish people knew about travel or working with an agent?

I wish that everyone knew that we are here, at Endless Travel, to assist them in planning a very special vacation. I think most people think that working through a travel agent will cost them more money and that is simply not true. We work with wholesalers that have negotiated rates with the hoteliers and airlines throughout the world. We also do not charge a service fee in most cases – so why not use us?

What famous person for you wish was a co-worker at the agency?

I would like for Prince Harry to be my co-worker because I think he would bring a lot of fun to our office, however it might be a little dangerous because he probably would be a little distracting.
